چکیده

نشاط نیز یکی از ضروری‌ترین خواسته‌های فطری و نیازهای روانی انسان و سازگاری زناشویی به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین عوامل اثر گذار بر عملکرد خانواده به شمار می‌رود . این پژوهش با هدف تعیین رابطه میزان سازگاری زناشویی و نشاط زنان متاهل منطقه چهار تبریز انجام گرفت . روش تحقیق ، پیمایش و ابزار جمع آوری داده ها ، پرسشنامه های استاندارد بودند . جامعه آماری زنان متاهل ساکن شهر تبریز بودند که تعداد 205 نمونه به روش تصادفی سیستماتیک انتخاب شد . داده های جمع آوری شده نشان داد که میانگین میزان سازگاری زناشوئی 57.04 درصد و میانگین نشاط 59.17 درصد بود . آزمون های معنی داری نشان دادند که بین میزان سازگاری زناشویی (وابعاد چهارگانه آن ) و نشاط زنان متاهل منطقه چهار شهر تبریز رابطه معنی دار مستقیم وجود دارد . هرقدر سازگاری زناشویی بیشتر باشد به همان اندازه میزان نیز نشاط بیشتر است . نشاط زمینه ای برای رشد روانی و اجتماعی زوجین و بهبود روابط زناشویی و مقابله با فشارهای روانی و اجتماعی می باشد.

چکیده [English]

Happiness is also one of the most essential innate desires and psychological needs of man and marital adjustment as one of the most important factors affecting family functioning. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between marital adjustment and happiness of married women in the fourth district of Tabriz. Research methods, survey and data collection tools were standard questionnaires. The statistical population was married women living in Tabriz that 205 samples were selected by systematic random sampling. The collected data showed that the average rate of marital adjustment was 57.04% and the average level of happiness was 59.17%. Significant tests showed that there is a significant direct relationship between marital adjustment (and its four dimensions) and happiness of married women in the fourth district of Tabriz. The greater the happiness, the greater the marital adjustment. Happiness is a ground for the psychological and social development of the couple and the improvement of marital relations and coping with psychological and social pressures.
