بررسی کارایی فنی بنگاه های زود بازده در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد(گاو شیری، مرغ گوشتی و پرورش ماهی)

چکیده

کارایی عامل مهمی در زمینه‌ی رشد بهره‌وری، به‌ویژه در اقتصاد کشاورزی کشورهای در حال توسعه است. در این مطالعه با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها، میزان کارایی44 واحد تولیدی پرورش ماهی، مرغ گوشتی و گاو شیری در سال 1388 اندازه‌گیری شد. در این مدل کارایی بر اساس میزان خروجی‌های مدل شامل اشتغال و درآمد هریک از واحدهای تولیدی محاسبه گردید. نتایج نشان داد که کارایی در واحدهای پرورش مرغ گوشتی شهرستان‌های گچساران و دنا، بهمئی و کهگیلویه به‌ترتیب رتبه‌های اول تا سوم را دارند. در واحدهای پرورش ماهی شهرستان دنا رتبه‌ی اول و بویراحمد رتبه‌ی دوم را به خود اختصاص داده-اند. در واحدهای گاوشیری شهرستان بهمئی با میانگین کارایی رتبه‌ی اول، شهرستان بویراحمد با کارایی رتبه‌ی دوم، گچساران رتبه‌ی سوم و شهرستان‌های دنا و کهگیلویه در رتبه‌های چهارم و پنجم قرار دارند. میانگین کارایی کل واحدهای تولیدی مورد مطالعه در استان نیز 85 درصد می‌باشد. با توجه به شرایط مناسب استان برای پرورش ماهی و کمتر بودن میزان سرمایه‌ی مورد نیاز برای هر فرصت شغلی در واحدهای پرورش ماهی در مقایسه با سایر رشته فعالیت‌های مورد بررسی، سرمایه‌گذاری در این رشته فعالیت توصیه می‌گردد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که کارایی فنی رشته فعالیت‌ها در شهرستان‌های مختلف با هم متفاوتند، لذا با پیدا کردن علل تفاوت این وضعیت می‌تواند به بهبود وضعیت در شهرستان‌های ناکارا کمک نماید.

In this study the efficiency of 44 units of fishery, broiler farm and dairy farm was measured in the year of 2009 using Data Envelop Analysis. The efficiency of each firm was calculated based on the outputs of production units such as employment and income. The results indicated that the propriety of efficiency was in the first, second and third in the towns of Gachsarsn and Dena, Bahmaei, and Kogilooyeh respectively. In fishery, the town of Dena was in the first rank, in broiler farms the town of Bahmaei was in the first, Boyer Ahmad was in in the second, Gachsaran in the third and Dena and kohgilooyeh were in the fourth and fifth respectively. The Average of efficiency in all production units was 85%. According to low necessary capital for a job opportunity and suitable condition of Province in fishery, investing in this activity is recommended.
