بررسی عوامل موثر بر سرمایه گذاری و ابزارهای مناسب تأمین نقدینگی کشاورزان: مطالعه موردی شرکت های تعاونی روستایی استان فارس

چکیده

با توجه به اهمیت منابع تامین نقدینگی در فعالیت های کشاورزی، اهداف این مطالعه بررسی عوامل موثر بر سرمایه گذاری شرکت‌های تعاونی‌های روستایی استان فارس و شناسایی ابزارهای مناسب تأمین نقدینگی تولیدکنندگان کشاورزی می‌باشد. برای این منظور از تئوری سرمایه گذاری استفاده و آمار و داده‌های مورد نیاز مطالعه از اطلاعات موجود در ترازنامه ها، صورت‌حساب های سرمایه و سود و زیان 32 شرکت‌های تعاونی روستایی طی دوره ی مالی 86-1385 جمع آوری شد. علاوه بر این با یک نمونه ی 15 نفری از مدیران عامل و نمونه ی 152 نفری از اعضاء تعاونی ها مصاحبه و اطلاعات لازم جمع آوری شد. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که میزان جریان نقدی و موجودی نقدی نقش اساسی در رفتار سرمایه ‌گذاری تعاونی های روستایی استان دارند. همچنین سودآوری نهایی، اندازه ی واحد و نسبت بدهی به سرمایه از جمله عوامل تاثیرگذار بر سرمایه گذاری در تعاونی های روستایی می‌باشند. نتایج حاصل از محاسبه معیار قدرت مدیریت مالی شرکت‌ها نشان داد که مدیران 33 درصد از شرکت‌های تعاونی روستایی از قدرت مدیریت مالی مناسبی برخوردار می باشند. در پایان مقاله، ساختاری برای تامین مالی و افزایش نقدینگی شرکت های تعاونی روستایی پیشنهاد گردیده است

With sequence to role of cash flow in agriculture, the object of the study is to recognize factors affecting investment and ways of securing liquidity in rural cooperatives. Data were collected from a sample of 32 cooperatives, 15 rural cooperatives manager and 152 member of rural cooperative in Fars province. Results of the study reveled that access to cash played a major role in investment behavior of cooperatives. In addition, other factors such as marginal profitability, scale and debt-capital ratio affecting on decision to invest. Also, results indicated that only 33 percent of cooperatives manager had suitable finance managerial ability. Finally, ways of securing liquidity in rural cooperatives were suggested
