تحلیل اثر تعاونی‌های دامداران برایجاد اشتغال و تولید در استان فارس : کاربرد رهیافت رگرسیون خطی فازی

چکیده

تعاونی‌های کشاورزی در بهبود نظام بهره‌برداری و همچنین افزایش تولید و درآمد، ایجاد اشتغال، تأمین نیازهای اساسی و توزیع عادلانه امکانات نقش مهمی را ایفا می‌کنند. بر این اساس هدف اصلی این مطالعه، بررسی اثر شرکت‌های تعاونی دامداران بر ایجاد اشتغال و تولید در استان فارس می‌باشد. داده‌های مورد نیاز در این مطالعه از طریق تکمیل 95 پرسشنامه توسط اعضاء و 12 پرسشنامه از مدیران عامل تعاونی دامداران با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی دو مرحله‌ای گردآوری گردید. بمنظور تحلیل ریاضی این اثرات از روش رگرسیون فازی استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از مدل رگرسیون فازی نشان می‌دهد وام‌های اعطایی اثر متوسط به بالا و تنوع محصولات تولیدی اثری خیلی زیاد بر اشتغال داشته است. از بین متغیرهای مورد بررسی فروش نهاده‌ها و تنوع محصولات دامی اثری متوسط و آموزش‌های ترویجی اثری بسیار کم بر تولید داشته است. در پایان پیشنهاداتی شامل اعطای وام کم بهره و نظارت بر آن، آموزش‌های ترویجی و پرداخت به موقع قیمت محصولات برای بهبود شرایط موجود ارائه گردیده است.

The main objective of this paper is to study the effects of Dairy Cooperatives on employment and milk production in Fars Province. Required data was gathered through completing 95 questionnaires by members and 12 questionnaires by managers of the cooperative which were selected by using stratified random sampling method. To achieve the objectives of the study, linear fuzzy regression method was applied. The results showed that among variables, loans had medium to high positive effect and diversity of products had high positive effect on employment cooperatives from member's point of view. Among other studied variables, selling inputs by cooperative union had a medium and extension services had low effect on production. Finally, some suggestions were made to improve situations.
