ارزیابی اثرات دلبستگی مکانی بر میزان تاب‌آوری اجتماعی در شهرها (مطالعه موردی: منطقه 12 کلانشهر تهران)

چکیده

دلبستگی به مکان برخاسته از فعالیت‌ها و تعاملات بین انسان-مکان و انسان –انسان در یک مکان خاص است. وجود و سطح بالای دلبستگی در ساکنان یک مکان، محله، شهر سبب اهمیت آن مکان برای فرد و افزایش مشارکت در فعالیت‌های عمرانی و سیاسی و افزایش سطح تعاملات اجتماعی شهروندان می‌شود. همچنین این روابط عاطفی با مکان بر توانایی واکنش مردم به تغییرات و درک خطر و آمادگی در برابر مخاطرات (تاب‌آوری اجتماعی) تأثیر می‌گذارد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر دلبستگی مکانی بر تاب‌آوری اجتماعی در منطقه 12 شهر تهران می‌باشد. تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی–تحلیلی است. به منظور گردآوری داده­های مورد نیاز از دو شیوه تحلیل اسنادی و پیمایشی بهره گرفته شده است که زیرمجموعه روش تحقیق کمی است. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه می باشد. جامعه آماری ساکنان منطقه 12 شهر تهران شامل 239611 نفر است که با فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 384 به‌دست‌آمده است. بر اساس نتایج مطالعات اسنادی، شاخص‌های پژوهش در بخش تاب‌آوری اجتماعی شامل مشارکت، اعتماد، همبستگی و انسجام اجتماعی، احساس اثرگذاری و کارایی و حمایت اجتماعی، آگاهی، دانش، مهارت و در بخش دلبستگی مکانی شامل دلبستگی عاطفی، وابستگی مکانی و هویت مکانی هستند که با استفاده از آزمون‏های تی تک نمونه‌ای، همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون تک متغیره تحلیل گردیده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که شاخص‌های دلبستگی مکانی و تاب‌آوری اجتماعی در منطقه 12 شهر تهران وضعیت نامناسبی دارند. بین شاخص‌های دلبستگی مکانی با تاب‌آوری اجتماعی همبستگی معناداری وجود دارد و  نتیجه رگرسیون تک متغیره نشان داد که  دلبستگی مکانی بر تاب‌آوری اجتماعی تأثیر بالایی دارد.

Place Attachment is the result of activities and interactions between man and place and human-human in a particular place. The existence and high level of attachment in the inhabitants of a place, Neighborhood, City, Causing Importance that place For the person And increased participation in Developmental and political activities and increase the level of social interaction of citizens. It also has emotional relationships with places affects on the ability of people to respond to changes and perceived risk and preparedness against risks (social resilience). The purpose of this research investigated the effect of place attachment on social resilience in District 12 of Tehran. The research method base on purpose is practical and it`s descriptive-analytic. In order to gather data used the documentary and field study methods. The research tool is a questionnaire. The sample size is 384 calculated based on Cochran method and it determines whole region population (239611). Base on the documentary results the social resilience indices are participation, trust, social coherence, efficiency and effectiveness and social support awareness, knowledge, ability and in the section attachment locations, including emotional attachment, place dependence and place identity that was analyzed using single sample T-test, Pearson correlation, and single-variable regression. The results show that of place attachment and social resilience indices are poor conditions in district 12 of Tehran. There is a significant correlation between place attachment indices and the result of a single-valued regression shows social resilience and place attachment has a great effect on social resilience.
