ارزیابی مالی دامداری سنتی در مراتع خشک و بیابانی (مطالعه موردی: مراتع جنوب استان خراسان رضوی)

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی وضعیت مالی دامداری سنتی در مراتع خشک وبیابانی جنوب استان خراسان رضوی صورت گرفت، ابتدا کانون های اصلی دامداری در منطقه، سه شهرستان بجستان، رشتخوار و گناباد شناسایی و سطح مراتع ، میزان تولید علوفه، دامداران و شرایط بهره‌برداری بررسی شد و با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌بندی شده، اطلاعات مالی 200 نفر از دامداران بومی از طریق مصاحبه حضوری و تکمیل پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد. داده‌های هزینه‌های سرمایه گذاری، هزینه‌های جاری و درآمدهای حاصل از فروش محصولات برای سال‌های 1395-1390 جمع‌آوری و از دو شاخص ارزش خالص حال(NPV) و نسبت منفعت به هزینه (B/C) برای ارزیابی مالی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد، دامداری سنتی متکی به مرتع، نه تنها در هیچ یک از مناطق مورد مطالعه بلکه به طور کلی در جنوب خراسان رضوی از توجیه مالی برخودار نیست و ادامه فعالیت‌ها علاوه بر ایجاد آسیب جدی به مراتع به عنوان منابع طبیعی ارزشمند، از نظر اقتصادی برای دامداران منطقی و قابل توجیه نیست.

چکیده [English]

Dry and desert natural ecosystems play an important role in helping animals, humans and the environment. In this study, economic indicators of the profitability of traditional farmers in the southern area of Khorasan Razavi Province are examined. At first, types of rangelands, animal farming activities, and exploitation conditions were identified. Then using Stratified random sampling method 200 local farmers were selected for filling the questionnaires. The data includes Investment costs, current costs and revenues of product sales variables for the 1390-1395 period. With applying net present value (NPV) and the benefit-cost ratio (BC) methods, economic evaluation has been done. Finally, the results showed that the farmers are not in a financial profitability state, so, if the costs and incomes are included in this evaluation, the farms would not be profitable at all. Furthermore, their activities will lead to serious damages to the rangelands and grasslands as valuable natural resources.
