چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش تبیین رابطه کارآفرینی سازمانی و چابکی سازمانی با میانجی گری مدیریت دانش بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل 130 نفر از استادان  دانشکده فنی پسران مرودشت بود که از این بین  تعداد 97 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید.. نمونه مورد بررسی از طریق پرسشنامه کارآفرینی سازمانی پارسونز، مدیریت دانش شرون لاوسون، چابکی سازمانی توسط ژانک مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. داده‌های گردآوری‌شده در دو سطح مورد تجزیه ‌و تحلیل (آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی) قرار گرفت. در سطح آمار توصیفی از میانگین و انحراف معیار و در سطح آمار استنباطی از آزمون معنی‌داری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه به شیوه همزمان و سلسله مراتبی بارون –کنی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد مدیریت دانش در رابطه بین متغیرهای کارآفرینی و چابکی سازمانی نقش میانجی گری معنی دار ایفا می کند.

چکیده [English]

This study was applied in terms of purpose and correlative in nature and method. The statistical population consisted of 130 professors of Marvdasht Boys' Technical School out of which 97 were selected by simple random sampling method based on Morgan table. The samples were evaluated by Parsons Organizational Entrepreneurship Questionnaire, Sharon Lawson Knowledge Management, and Organizational Agility by Jank. The collected data were analyzed in two levels. In descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were used in concurrent and hierarchical Baron-Kenny methods. The results showed that knowledge management plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurship variables and organizational agility.
