چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تدوین و ارائه مدلی برای توسعه خود مدیریتی در دانش آموزان پایه ششم مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان شیراز بود. این پژوهش در زمره پژوهشهای کیفی است که با استفاده از روش مطالعه موردی کیفی انجام گرفت. مشارکتکنندگان در بخش کیفی، متخصصان، صاحبنظران و پژوهشگران حوزه مدیریت و علوم تربیتی بودند. با استفاده از تکنیک نمونهگیری گلوله برفی و اشباع نظری، با آگاهیدهندگان کلیدی مصاحبه بهعمل آمد. با استفاده از شیوه تحلیل مضمون داده ها تحلیل و چهار مولفه (خانواده، محیط آموزشی، برنامه ریزی و مهارت های اجتماعی) به عنوان پیش سازمان دهنده طراحی گردید. این چهار مولفه از مولفه های پایه که شامل عملکرد خانواده: آگاهی خانواده، شیوه فرزندپروری، سبک زندگی، جو عاطفی خانواده، همدلی و صمیمیت، قدرت بخشی خانواده، تاب آوری خانواده، درحوزه عملکرد محیط آموزشی: اشتیاق تحصیلی، جو آموزشی، حل مسائل، نیروی انسانی (معلم و مدیر و....)، در حوزه برنامه ریزی: خودکارآمدی تحصیلی، خود نظم دهی تحصیلی، کمال گرایی تحصیلی، نظم و انضباط، پذیرش مقررات، تبعیت از هدف، برنامه ریزی تحصیلی، خود ارزیابی، و در حوزه مهارت های اجتماعی: خود شکوفایی، خود آگاهی، سازگاری اجتماعی خود کارآمدی و رشد اجتماعی، مهارت های ارتباطی، کفایت اجتماعی است، استخراج گردید | ||

Abstract The purpose of this study is to provide a model for self-management development in sixth grade elementary school students in Shiraz. This research is a qualitative research which was conducted using qualitative case study method. Participants in the qualitative section were experts and researchers in the field of management and education. Using snowball sampling technique and theoretical saturation technique, an interview was carried out with key interviewers. Using qualitative analysis, the findings were designed as a pre-organizer in four components (family, educational environment, planning, and social skills). These four components were extracted from basic components including: family function, family awareness, parenting style, lifestyle, emotional atmosphere of the family, empathy and intimacy, family empowerment, family resilience, academic eagerness, educational atmosphere, problem solving, Manpower (Teacher, principal and ...), Academic self-efficacy, Self-discipline, Educational perfectionism, Discipline, Admission regulations, Adherence to goal, Planning, Self-evaluation, Self-actualization, Self-awareness, Self-efficacy social adjustment And social development, communication skills, and social adequacy. | ||
