بررسی کارایی و بهره‌وری اقتصادی کشت خربزه با استفاده از روش تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها در شهرستان تایباد خراسان رضوی

چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: با توجه به خشکسالی‌های پی در پی و کاهش آب‌های زیرزمینی در جنوب استان خراسان رضوی، ادامه تولید خربزه با چالش مواجه شده است. بنابراین، لزوم افزایش بهره‏وری این محصول با منابع آب محدود بیش از پیش احساس می‏شود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی و ارزیابی اقتصادی کشت محصول خربزه در شهرستان تایباد استان خراسان رضوی است.
 
مواد و روش­ها: برای این منظور با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی و تکمیل پرسش‌نامه در سال زراعی 1394- 1393 و با استفاده از روش‏های گوناگونی چون، محاسبه شاخص‌های اقتصادی و هم‌چنین، استفاده از روش تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها، کارایی اقتصادی واحدهای مورد بررسی ارزیابی شد. شاخص‌های اقتصادی مورد استفاده شامل، سودآوری، عملکرد در هکتار، ارزش تولید در هکتار و نسبت هزینه به فایده بود.
یافته­ها: نتایج مطالعه نشان دادند که کشت خربزه در شهرستان تایباد اقتصادی بوده و کارایی 30 درصد از واحدها بیش از50 درصد است.
بحث و نتیجه­گیری: هرچند امکان افزایش تولید و کاهش هزینه‌ها برای افزایش بهره‏وری در واحدهای مورد مطالعه وجود دارد. برای کاهش هزینه، استفاده از روش‌های نوین و اجرای روش‏های به زراعی و تخصیص بهینه نهاده‏ها، می‏تواند مصرف نهاده‏ها را کاهش داده و عملکرد در واحد سطح نیز با استفاده از روش‏های مدرن کشت و استفاده از بذور اصلاح شده، اصلاح تغذیه و استفاده از مکمل‏ها، افزایش یابد. هم‌چنین، استفاده از نهاده‏های تولید در زمان مناسب ضمن کاهش هزینه‏ها، منجر به افزایش عملکرد می‏شود. در این رابطه تاریخ کاشت و زمان استفاده از نهاده‌هایی مهم مانند آب، کود و سموم، تاثیر بیش‌تری دارد. افزون بر عملکرد، قیمت محصول نیز نقش مهمی در افزایش راندمان اقتصادی واحدها دارد. در این رابطه توجه به تاریخ کاشت که منجر به برداشت محصول در زمان کمبود محصول در بازار شود و هم‌چنین، بازاریابی مناسب و فروش محصول در بازار شهرهای بزرگ مانند تهران می‏تواند به اندازه افزایش عملکرد، در بهبود کارایی اقتصادی واحدها نقش‏آفرینی کند.

چکیده [English]

Introduction:Melon has high productive and commercial potential in Iran. Melons is the souvenirs of Taybad, Actually Taybad has the best kind of melon and watermelon in Iran because of having suitable climate for cultivating this fruit. Taybad is a city and capital of Taybad County, in Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran.
Materials and Methods:The obtained data has been various methods such as analyzed using cost-benefit analysis, profitability analysis, efficiency analysis and data envelopment analysis (DEA) has been performed and interpreted
Findings:The results of this study indicated that the average total cost of production, average income and net profit of melon were 56, 98 and 43 million IRR per hectare, respectively. The cost-benefit ratios for most farms were greater than one, indicating that the cultivation of melon has economic justification. To analyze the efficiency of the units using the data envelopment analysis method, the results indicate that 30% of the units have a performance efficiency of over 50% in terms of efficiency
Conclusion:we must pay attention to export markets. Also, paying attention to increasing performance due to low product performance in this region will increase the value of products
