چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: عواطف یکی از جنبه های رفتار انسان است . عاطفه مثبت و منفی در بسیاری از نظریه های روانشناسی رشد و شخصیت و همچنین آسیب شناسی روانی، موضوعات محوری هستند. این پژوهش با هدف تبیین نقش واسطه­ای تنظیم شناختی هیجان در رابطه طرح واره های ناسازگار و عواطف منفی انجام شد.
مواد و روش­ها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه آزاد مرودشت بود که در سال تحصیلی 1398-1397 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش 299 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده‌های مختلف دانشگاه آزاد مرودشت بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه­ای چندمرحله­ای انتخاب شدند. داده­ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های تنظیم شناختی هیجان گارنفسکی و همکاران، عواطف منفی واتسون و همکاران و طرحواره‌های ناسازگار یانگ  انجام شد که روایی و پایایی ابزار مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. جهت بررسی فرضیه های مورد مطالعه از روش بارون و کنی و از آزمون­های رگرسیون چندگانه به شیوه همزمان و رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی استفاده شد.
یافته­ ها: یافته­های تحقیق نشان داد که تنظیم شناختی هیجان مثبت و منفی قادر به ایفای نقش میانجی در رابطه بین طرحواره‌های ناسازگار و عواطف منفی می‌باشد.
بحث و نتیجه­ گیری: می­توان با آموزش راهبردهای انطباقی تنظیم هیجان در این قشر از تأثیر منفی طرحواره­های ناسازگار بر عواطف منفی آنها کاست و سطح عواطف منفی را در این افراد کاهش داد.

Introduction:Emotions are one aspect of human behavior. Positive and negative emotions are central to many theories of developmental and personality psychology as well as psychological pathology. This study aimed to explain the mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation  for maladaptive schemas and negative affects .
Materials and Methods:The present study was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population included all students of Marvdasht Azad University who were studying . Participants in the study were 299 students of different faculties of Marvdasht Azad University who were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. Data were analyzed using the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire by Garnowski et al., Watson et al. and Young's maladaptive schemas, which confirmed the validity and reliability of the instrument. Data analysis was performed using spss-24 software at both descriptive and inferential levels. To investigate the studied hypotheses, Baron and Kenny method and multiple regression in inter manner and  hierachical regression were used to study hypothesis.
Findings:The findings of the research showed that positive and negative cognitive emotion regulation has a mediating role in relationship between maladaptive schemas and negative  affects.
Conclusion:By teaching adaptive emotion regulation strategies in this group, the negative impact of maladaptive schemas on their negative affects,can be reduced and the level of negative affects,in
these people can be reduced.
