چکیده

مرزهای مشترک شمال غرب‌ و غرب‌ کشـور ایـران بـه علت هم‌جواری با کشورهای مهم خاورمیانـه و قفقـاز جنـوبی؛ یعنـی ترکیـه، عـراق و جمهوری آذربـایجان‌(مـنطقه خودمختار نخجوان) همچنین به علت موقعیت ژئوپلیتیک و ژئواستراتژی به عنوان دروازه ورود و پل‌ ارتباطی‌ ایران به‌ اروپا به شمار می‌رود. مناطق مرزی شمال غرب و غرب کشور از نظر مقیاس اثرگذاری امنیتی بـا‌ اهمیت‌ترین مـناطق کـشور به شمار می‌رود. هدف اصلی این مقاله عبارت است از تبیین چالش‌های ژئوپلیتیک و ژئواستراتژیک امنیت ملی ایران در مرز کردستان و کرمانشاه. سوال اصلی مقاله این است که چالش‌های ژئوپلیتیک و ژئواستراتژیک ایران در مرز کردستان و کرمانشاه چه تاثیری بر امنیت ملی ایران دارند؟ روش این مقاله از نظر نوع و هدف‌، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، توصیفی و با تکنیک پیمایشی و با عنایت به تأثیر و نقش مرزهای کردستان و کرمانشاه در امنیت اجتماعی، سیاسی و فرهنگی ایران صورت می پذیرد. نتایج مقاله نشان می‌دهد که معضلات متعدد اجتماعی، نظامی و سیاسی از قبیل قاچاق کـالا و سـوخت، مشـروبات الکلی، مواد مـخدر، اسـلحه‌ و مهمات، درگیری نیروهای نظامی – امنیتی با گروهک‌های ملی‌گرای کرد، گروه‌های افراطی مذهبی-(وهابیت نظیر سلفی‌ها) و چالش‌های قومی و مذهبی از شایع‌ترین مواردی هستند که بسترهای ناامنی‌ در این مناطق مـرزی را فـراهم آورده‌اند. در حاشیه مرزهای مشترک شمال غربی و غرب کشور تحولات منـاطق کردنشین عراق و ترکیه در گسترش ناامنی در منطقه مؤثر شناخته ‌شده‌ و تأثیر بسزایی در امنیت آن مناطق و بـه طـور کـلی امنیت ملی گذاشته است.

چکیده [English]

The common borders of the northwest and the west of Iran due to their proximity to important countries in the Middle East and the South Caucasus; That is, Turkey, Iraq and the Republic of Azerbaijan (Nakhchivan Autonomous Region) are also considered as Iran's gateway and communication gateway to Europe due to their geopolitical and geostrategic position.The border areas of the northwest and west of the country are considered as the most important areas of the country in terms of security impact scale.The main purpose of this article is to explain the geopolitical and geostrategic challenges of Iran's national security on the border of Kurdistan and Kermanshah. The main question of the article is that what effect do Iran's geopolitical and geostrategic challenges on the border of Kurdistan and Kermanshah have on Iran's national security? The method of this article is applied in terms of type and purpose and in terms of nature, descriptive and with survey technique and considering the impact and role of Kurdistan and Kermanshah borders in social, political and cultural security of Iran. The results of the article show that numerous social, military and political problems such as smuggling of goods and fuel, alcohol, drugs, weapons and ammunition, clashes of military-security forces with Kurdish nationalist groups, religious extremist groups (Wahhabism) and Wahhabism. Ethnic and religious are the most common Which have created insecurity in these border areas. On the border of the northwestern and western borders of the country, the developments in the Kurdish regions of Iraq and Turkey have been recognized as effective in spreading insecurity in the region. and has had a significant impact on the security of those areas and national security in general.
