چکیده

براساس پیش بینی سازمان ملل همه رشدجمعیتی جهان برای آینده قابل پیش بینی درمناطق شهری وبه ویژه مناطق شهری کشورهای درحال توسعه روی خواهددادبه طوری که تاسال 2030حدود60درصدجمعیت جهان درمناطق شهری زندگی خواهندکردامروزه به دلیل افزایش جمعیت شهری توسعه ی کالبدی شهرها امری اجتناب ناپذیر است و از سوی دیگر جهت جلوگیری از مشکلات توسعه ی کالبدی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی در دهه های گذشته ، رویکرد رشد هوشمند شهری به عنوان یک راهبرد رشد شهر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. از آنجایی که در توسعه فضایی بسیاری از شهرها شاخص-های رشد هوشمند نادیده گرفته می شود و به محیط زیست شهری آسیب های جدی وارد می گرددایران به عنوان یک کشوردرحال توسعه ازدهه 1340ش شهرنشینی ابعادتازه ای به خودگرفت ورشدشتابان شهرنشینی آغاز شدازآن زمان جمعیت شهرها هم به علت رشدطبیعی وهم به علت مهاجرپذیری روستا-شهری باسرعت بالایی رشدیافت.شهرتهران هم به علت رشدطبیعی ومهاجرت تحولات جمعیتی کالبدی زیادی به خوددیده است از این رو این مقاله در پی آن است تا ضمن تبیین شاخص های رشد هوشمند شهری،به ارزیابی ورتبه بندی این شاخص ها درنواحی منطقه 2شهرتهران را بررسی نمایدروش تحقیق این پژوهش توصیفی وتحلیلی است شاخص های موردمطالعه ازطریق مطالعات کتابخانه ای شناسایی شدندوازطریق روش میدانی که داده های آن ازطریق 300 پرسشنامه در سطح منطقه 2 جمع آوری شده است وسپس بااستفاده ازمدل تاپسیس نواحی نه گانه منطقه 2شهرتهران رتبه بندی شدند..نتایج تحقیق حاکی ازآن است که ناحیه 9منطقه 2شهرتهران باکسب مقدار0/68871درشاخص دسترسی ومقدار0/75321 درشاخص کالبدی وهمینطوردرشاخص زیست محیطی بامقدار0/54432دررتبه اول دربین نواحی منطقه 2ازلحاظ شاخص های رشد هوشمندشهری قرارمی گیرد.

Today, due to the increase in urban population, the physical development of cities is inevitable, and on the other hand, in order to prevent the problems of physical, social and economic development in recent decades, the smart urban growth approach has been considered as a city growth strategy. Since in the spatial development of many cities, smart growth indicators are ignored and serious damage is done to the urban environment, so this article seeks to explain the relationship between these indicators while improving the indicators of urban smart growth. Investigate the quality of urban environment in Tehran's 2nd district. The research method in this paper is based on multivariate regression analysis, the data of which were collected through 300 questionnaires at the level of Region 2.
