چکیده

از زمانی که مفهوم شهر هوشمند وارد ادبیات شهرسازی و برنامه‌ریزی شهری شد تاکنون بسیاری از شهرهای دنیا با به‌کارگیری فناوری‌های به‌روز و نوین توانسته‌اند شهرهای خود را در ابعاد مختلف به سمت هوشمندسازی پیش ببرند و از فواید شهرسازی هوشمند بهره‌مند شوند. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی مجموعه پیامد های حاصل از هوشمندسازی در مناطق شهری (مورد مطالعه: شهر قم)، می باشد. این پژوهش، از نظر هدف، جزء پژوهش‌های کاربردی و بنیادی و دارای ماهیتی تحلیلی - تبیینی، همچنین از نظر روش، در گروه پژوهش های کمی و کیفی قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش مدیران و متخصصان شهر قم به عنوان جامعه آماری انتخاب شدند، و بر اساس نمونه-گیری هدفمند تعداد 30 نفر به عنوان جامعه نمونه انتخاب شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار Expert Choice و روش تئوری زمینه ای استفاده شد. نتایج روش تئوری زمینه‌ای پیامد‌های حاصل از هوشمند سازی در شهر قم در قالب، 53 مفهوم، 13 واحد معنایی و 7 مقوله (هوشمندسازی در فضای کسب و کار و سازمان های شهری، توسعه پایدار، ارتقاء فرهنگ نوآوری، توسعه حمل و نقل هوشمند، رشد هوشمند در بافت های فرسوده و سکونتگاه های غیررسمی، عدالت اجتماعی و ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی) شناسایی شد، که بر اساس دیدگاه متخصصان و با استفاده از نرم افزار Expert choice، از بین پیامد‌های مطرح شده، توسعه پایدار با مقدار وزن 213/0 بیشترین میزان اهمیت را به خود اختصاص است.که بر اساس دیدگاه متخصصان و با استفاده از نرم افزار Expert choice، از بین پیامد‌های مطرح شده، توسعه پایدار با مقدار وزن 213/0 بیشترین میزان اهمیت را به خود اختصاص است.

چکیده [English]

Ever since the concept of smart city entered the literature of urban planning and planning, many cities in the world have been able to move their cities towards smartness in different dimensions by using modern technologies and benefit from the benefits of smart city planning. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to Identifying the set of consequences resulting from Smartening in urban areas (case study: Qom city). This research, in terms of its purpose, is a part of applied and fundamental research and has an analytical-explanatory nature, and in terms of method, it was included in the group of quantitative and qualitative research. In this research, managers and specialists of Qom city were selected as the statistical population, and based on targeted sampling, 30 people were selected as the sample population. Expert choice software and grounded theory method were used to analyze the data. The results of the grand theory method of the consequences of smartening in the city of Qom in the form of 53 concepts, 13 semantic units and 7 categories (smartening in the business space and urban organizations, sustainable development, promotion of innovation culture, smart transportation development, smart growth in worn-out fabrics and informal settlements, social justice and improving the quality of life) were identified, Based on the opinion of the experts and using the Expert choice software, sustainable development with a weight of 0.213 is the most important among the consequences.Based on the opinion of the experts and using the Expert choice software, sustainable development with a weight of 0.213 is the most important among the consequences.
