چکیده | ||
مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی علل کاهش نشاط معلمان استان سمنان انجام شده است. روش شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی؛ از نظر نوع داده ها، آمیخته اکتشافی و از نظر روش اجرا، تحلیل مضمون بود. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی معلمان مدارس، مدیران ارشد آموزش و پرورش و اساتید دانشگاهی مطلع بودند که به روش گلوله برفی نمونه گیری شدند. جامعه آماری بخش کمی کلیه معلمان، مدیران و کادر اداری مدارس استان سمنان به تعداد 8050 بود که 376 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به روش طبقه ای متناسب نمونه گیری شد. ابزار مورد استفاده مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در مرحله کیفی تحلیل مضمون و در مرحله کمی تحلیل عاملی بود. یافته ها: تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در مرحله کیفی منتج به شناسایی 192 مضمون پایه، 93 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 15 مضمون فراگیر گردید که در قالب دو دسته تم های اصلی و فرعی قرار گرفتند. در مرحله کمی نیز منجر به شناسایی 91 مضمون پایه، 15 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 5 مضمون فراگیر شد. این مضامین در کنار هم یک الگوی منسجم برای کاهش نشاط معلمان استان سمنان تشکیل دادند و شاخص های برازش مدل و ضرایب مسیر در حد قابل قبولی قرار گرفتند. نهایت این که علل کاهش نشاط معلمان مشتمل بر 5 دسته مضامین فراگیر شامل عوامل فردی، عوامل سازمانی، عوامل فرهنگی، عوامل برون سازمانی و عوامل شغلی بدست آمده و تایید شدند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: توجه ویژه به عوامل کاهش نشاط معلمان و پرداختن به آنها در جهت رفع علل کاهنده نشاط معلمان، می توان تاحدی نشاط را به جامعه معلمان برگرداند. | ||

Introduction: The aim of this study was to identify the causes of decreased Cheerfulness of teachers in Semnan province. research methodology: Research in terms of applied purpose; In terms of data type, it was exploratory and in terms of implementation method, it was thematic analysis. The statistical population of the quality department of school teachers, senior education directors and university professors were informed that they were sampled by snowball method. The statistical population of the quantitative part of all teachers, principals and administrative staff of schools in Semnan province was 8050, of which 376 people were selected as a sample and sampled by stratified proportional method. The instruments used were a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. The data analysis method was content analysis in the qualitative stage and factor analysis in the quantitative stage. Findings: Data analysis in the qualitative stage resulted in the identification of 192 basic themes, 93 organizing themes and 15 general themes that were divided into two categories of main and secondary themes. In a quantitative stage, it led to the identification of 91 basic themes, 15 organizing themes and 5 comprehensive themes. Together, these themes formed a coherent model for reducing the cheerfulness of teachers in Semnan province, and the model fit indices and path coefficients were at an acceptable level. Finally, the reasons for the decrease in teachers' cheerfulness, including 5 categories of comprehensive themes, including individual factors, organizational factors, cultural factors, extra-organizational factors and job factors were obtained and confirmed. Conclusion: Paying special attention to the factors that reduce teachers' cheerfulness and addressing them in order to eliminate the causes that reduce teachers' cheerfulness, can return some cheerfulness to the teachers' community. | ||
