چکیده | ||
مقدمه و هدف: هدف از تحقیق حاضر تعیین کارایی معاونت تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش استانهای کشور با استفاده از مدل CCR می باشد. روش شناسی پژوهش: تحقیق حاضر از منظر پارادایم از نوع تحقیقات فرا اثبات، رویکرد کمی، از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و تکنیک مورد استفاده در تحقیق تحلیل پوششی دادههاست. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل معاونتهای تربت بدنی آموزش و پرورش 31 استان کشور بود. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه پنج ارزشی و در قالب روش فازی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. روایی محتوی و صوری پرسشنامه توسط گروه کانونی تحقیق شامل استادان راهنما و مشاور و دو تن از خبرگان حوزه مدیریت ورزشی در قالب فرم های CVR و CVI مورد تایید قرار گرفت. در نهایت کارشناسان و خبرگان شامل 30 تن از مدیران ارشد وزارت آموزش و پرورش، معاونین تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش در سطح کشور و معلمان ورزشی که دارای قهرمانی بینالمللی بودند نسبت به اهمیت هر کدام از شاخص های ورودی و خروجی اظهار نظر کردند. یافته ها: نتایج مربوط به کارایی معاونت تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش استانها بر اساس الگوی CCR در سالهای 1394-98 نشان داد که استانهای اردبیل، ایلام، تهران، خراسان رضوی و شمالی و خوزستان از کارایی لازم برخوردار بودند. نتایج تحلیل حساسیت ورودیها و خروجیها در الگوی CCR به ترتیب «بودجه» و «ورزش قهرمانی» نقش بیشتری در تعیین میزان کارآیی معاونتها داشته است. بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج آزمون همبستگی نشان داد که بین میانگین ورودیها و خروجیهای معاونتها با میانگین کارآیی معاونتها در الگوی CCR ارتباط معنی دار وجود داشت. | ||

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to determine the efficiency of the Physical Education Deputies of the General Education Offices (located in the provinces) of the Iranian Education Ministry throughout the country using the CCR model. research methodology: The present study is, in terms of paradigm, a meta-proof research with a quantitative approach, and is an applied one in terms of purpose. The technique used in this study is data envelopment analysis. The statistical population includes the deputies of physical education headquartered in the 31 provinces of Iran. The tool used was a five-valued questionnaire, which was evaluated on the basis of a fuzzy method. The content and face validity of the questionnaire was approved by the focus group of the research, including supervisors and consultants and two experts in the field of sports management based on CVR and CVI forms. Finally, experts, including 30 senior managers of the Ministry of Education, deputies of physical education at the national level and sports teachers who had international championships, commented on the importance of each of the input and output indicators. Findings: The results of the study, which was about the efficiency of the deputy of physical education of the provinces based on the CCR model in the years 1394-98, showed that the provinces of Ardabil, Ilam, Tehran, Khorasan Razavi, Northern Khorasan, and Khuzestan enjoyed the necessary efficiency. The outcomes of the sensitivity analysis of inputs and outputs in the CCR model indicated that "budget" and "championship sport", respectively, played a greater role in determining the efficiency of the deputies. Conclusion: the results of the correlation test showed that there was a significant relationship between the average inputs and outputs and the average efficiency of the deputies in the CCR model. | ||
