چکیده | ||
مقدمه و هدف: سکونزدگی شغلی به احساس شکست یا ناامیدی اشاره دارد که افراد بهطور موقت یا دائمی در طول فرایند شغلیشان تجربه میکنند. هدف این پژوهش طراحی الگوی عوامل موثر بر سکونزدگی شغلی معلمان دورهی ابتدایی بود. روش شناسی پژوهش: روش انجام پژوهش کیفی به روش داده بنیاد بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیهی اساتید، مدیران و معلمان نمونه منطقه اورامانات بود که از میان آنها، با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند 25 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، مصاحبه بود و برای بررسی اعتبار دادهها از روش های بازآزمون و پایایی دو کدگذار و برای بررسی روایی دادهها از روش های راهبرد کثرتگرایی و راهبرد بررسی همکاران استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل دادهها طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی حاکی از 15 مقوله اصلی بود که در قالب مدل مفهومی شامل شرایط علی (فردی، سازمانی، آموزشی، اقتصادی)، مقوله محوری (سکونزدگی شغلی)، راهبردها (آموزش و توانمند سازی، حمایت مادی و معنوی، مشاوره شغلی)، عوامل زمینهای (عوامل اجتماعی، عوامل مدرسه ای)، عوامل مداخلهگر (عوامل خانوادگی) و پیامدها (بی تفاوتی سازمانی، تنبلی سازمانی، یخزدگی ذهنی و ناکارآمدی) پدیده سکون زدگی شغلی معلمان را تبیین و روابط بین آنها را نمایان می کند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: سکون زدگی شغلی در بین معلمان پدیده ای اجتناب ناپذیر است و مدیران و مسئولان نظام آموزشی باید ضمن قبول آن بتوانند با این پدیده منفی مقابله نموده و دستیابی به اهداف آموزشی را تسهیل کنند. | ||

Introduction: career plateau Refers to feelings of failure or frustration that people experience temporary or permanent in the career process . The purpose of this research is to Designing the Model of influential Factors on the career plateau among Elementary School Teachers by using a grounded theory systematic approach. research methodology: The study population included all profossor, principals and teachers of the province of Kermanshah that among these 25 samples were selected using purposive samplin. for data collection, interview was used. To examine the reliability of data retest and reliability of two coders methods and To examine the validity of data, Strategy of pluralism and colleagues investigated strategy was used Findings: The results of data analysis in three stages open coding, axial and selective Suggests 15 main categories in the conceptual model Included casual conditions (individual, organizational, educational, economic factors) central category (career plateau) Strategies (Training and empowerment, moral and material support, career counseling) Contextual factors (Schools, social factors (,interferer factors (family factors) and outcomes (organizational indifference, laziness organizational, intellectual frost, Inefficiency) are explained the career plateau and demonstrated relationships between them. Conclusion: career plateau among teachers is an inevitable phenomenon and the managers and officials of the educational system must be able to deal with this negative phenomenon while accepting it and facilitate the achievement of educational goals. | ||
