چکیده

هدف پژوهش مقایسه بهره‌وری مدارس عادی، غیردولتی، تیزهوشان و شاهد در استان فارس با تأکید بر نیروی انسانی(معلم) بود. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است که با روش پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری، معلمان مدارس عادی، غیردولتی، تیزهوشان و شاهد استان فارس بود. روش نمونه گیری، تصادفی طبقه ای نسبتی و خوشه ای بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده فرمول کوکران تعیین شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از مقیاس سنجش بهره‌وری معلم که توسط پژوهشگر بر مبنای ابعاد چهارگانه بهره وری از نظر پارسونز و هوی و میسکل و با استفاده از تعدادی از گویه های مقیاس نوآوری(اتلای و اوکیف،1982) ؛ مقیاس تعهد سازمانی( آلن و میر،1993) ؛ مقیاس رضایت شغلی(ساتور،2022) و مقیاس سلامت سازمانی(روحیه) (هارت، 2000)، ساخته شد، استفاده گردید. روایی مقیاس علاوه بر تایید متخصصان، با محاسبه ضریب همبستگی به تایید رسید و پایایی نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه و مقدار94/0برای کل مقیاس و مقادیر73/0 تا 91/0 برای هریک از ابعاد حاکی از پایایی قابل قبول ابزار بود. برای تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل واریانس یک راهه و آزمون تعقیبی شفه استفاده شد. در مجموع، نتایج نشان داد که در بهره‌وری کل، بالاترین میانگین متعلق به معلمان مدارس غیر دولتی و پایین ترین میانگین متعلق به معلمان مدارس تیزهوشان بود و مدارس شاهد و عادی به ترتیب بین این دو قرار داشتند. به علاوه، تنها بین معلمان مدارس غیر دولتی با معلمان مدارس عادی تفاوت معنی دار وجود داشت و بهره‌وری معلمان مدارس غیر دولتی از معلمان مدارس عادی بالاتر بود.

The aim of the research was to compare the productivity of public, non-government,al , gifted and shahed schools in Fars province with an emphasis on human resources (teachers). The research is an applied type, which was carried out with a survey method. The statistical population was the teachers of normal, non-government, gifted and witness schools in Fars province. The sampling method was stratified proportional and cluster random. The sample size was determined using Cochran's formula. To collect data from the teacher's productivity measurement scale that was created by the researcher based on the four dimensions of productivity according to Parsons, Huey and Miskel . In addition to experts' confirmation, the validity of the scale was confirmed by calculating the correlation coefficient, and the reliability was also calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and the value of 0.94 for the whole scale and the values of 0.73 to 0.91 for each of the dimensions indicated acceptable reliability of the tool. To analyze the data, one-way analysis of variance and Sheffe's post hoc test were used. In total, the results showed that in total productivity, the highest average belonged to the teachers of non-governmental schools and the lowest average belonged to the teachers of gifted schools, and the shahed and public schools were between the two, respectively. In addition, there was a significant difference only between non-governmental school teachers and public school teachers, and the productivity of non-governmental school teachers was higher than that of public school teachers.
