چکیده

یکی از مهم‌ترین ابعاد تعلیم و تربیت، شناخت فرآیند تعلیم و تربیت از آغاز تا انجام و شناخت محرّک و متحرک در تربیت انسان است که بدون این آگاهی و شناخت، تعلیم و تربیت به صورت نظام‌مند اتفاق نمی‌افتد. در بحث مشخصات حرکت جوهری، یکی از مقوّمات حرکت، وحدت و پیوستگی آن‌ است. در این مقاله بررسی شد که از منظر قرآن و با توجه به شواهد دینی، حرکت تربیتی روش تحقیقِ این پژوهش توصیفی و تحلیلی، و مطالب آن به صورت کتابخانه‌ای و استفاده از منابع اینترنتی جمع‌آوری شده است.

هیچ حادثه‌ای در جهان، مستقل از دیگر حوادث نیست؛ همه‌ی قسمت‌های جهان با یک‌دیگر متصل و مرتبط است. این اتصال و ارتباط، همه‌ی اجزای جهان ازجمله حرکت تربیتی انسان را شامل می‌گردد و یک پیوستگی عمومی و همه‌جانبه و مؤثر بر مدیریت آموزشی بوجود می‌آورد. اصل وابستگی اشیا به یک‌دیگر، اصلی است که حکمت الهی تکیه‌ی فراوان بر آن دارد.

بر اساس شواهد دینی، هر انسان دارای شخصیت واحدی است که از مجموعه‌ی اعمال و رفتار و حتی نیات او، شخصیت او شکل می‌گیرد و هر عملی، افزون بر این‌که بالفعل، یک عمل مستقل است، قوه‌ای است برای عمل بعدی و تأثیرگذار در آن عمل که مجموعاً شخصیت واحدی را برای او می‌سازد. مفهوم عمل و گستره‌ی آن نشان‌دهنده این وحدت و پیوستگی است؛ همچنین جاودانگی اعمال و باقی ماندن حقیقت آن‌ها سپس بازگشت عمل به عامل و جهان هستی با ذکر نمونه‌های قرآنی، نمایانگر نحوه‌ی اتصال و تأثیر اعمال بر یک‌دیگر و نقش آن بر مدیریت آموزشی است.

Abstract

Introduction: One of the most important aspects of education and training is the knowledge of the process of education and training from the beginning to completion and the recognition of the driving force in human education, without this awareness and knowledge, education and training cannot take place in a systematic and institutional manner. In the discussion of the characteristics of essential movement, one of the elements of movement is its unity and continuity. In this article, we examine that from the perspective of the Qur'an and according to religious evidence, the human educational movement that is effective on the educational adminstration also has a kind of unity and continuity. This means that the various components of this movement have unity and are not separate from each other; Rather, they are all related and affect each other in the form of power and action.

research methodology: The research method in this research is descriptive and analytical, and its contents are collected in a library and using internet resources.

Findings: Every phenomenon is the result of a series of special causes and depends on certain conditions. No event in the world is isolated and independent from other events; All parts of the world are connected with each other. This connection and communication includes all the parts of the world, including the human educational movement, and creates a general and comprehensive connection that is effective on educational guidance. The principle of dependence of things on each other, and in other words, the principle of the true unity of the world, is the principle on which divine wisdom relies heavily.

Conclusion: According to religious evidence, every learner has a single personality that is formed from the set of his actions and behavior and even his intentions, and each action, in addition to being actual, is an independent action itself, it is a power for the next action and has an impact on it. Actions that together make a single character for him. The concept of action and its scope indicate this unity and continuity; Also, the immortality of actions and the remaining of their truth, then the return of the action to the agent and the universe by mentioning Quranic examples, shows the way of connection and the effect of actions on each other and its role in the educational adminstration.
