چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش مهارت‌های ارتباطی در پیش بینی یادگیری سازمانی و مدیریت ‌دانش دبیران متوسطه شهر کرمان انجام گرفت.

روش شناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش همبستگی با هدف پیش بینی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه دبیران متوسطه آموزش و پرورش بودند که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای، تعداد 124 نفر از دبیران به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه‌های مدیریت‌دانش نوناکا و تاکوچی (1995)، پرسشنامه سنجش یادگیری سازمانی واتکینز و مارسیک (2003) و پرسشنامه قابلیت‌های ارتباطی بارتون (1990) پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده‏ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و همبستگی کانونی با نرم افزار Spss 23 استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بین مهارت‌های ارتباطی با یادگیری سازمانی و ابعاد آن و همچنین با مدیریت‌دانش و ابعاد آن در بین دبیران متوسطه رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. علاوه بر این نتایج حاکی از آن بود که مهارت‌های ارتباطی پیش‌بینی‌کننده مثبت یادگیری سازمانی و مدیریت‌دانش است. مهارت‌های ارتباطی شنودی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی بازخورد پیش‌بینی‌کننده مثبت و معنی‌دار یادگیری سازمانی بودند اما مهارت‌های ارتباطی کلامی‌پیش‌بینی‌کننده معنی‌دار یادگیری سازمانی و مدیریت‌دانش نبود.

بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که رشد مهارت‌های ارتباطی دبیران متوسطه می‌تواند در افزایش یادگیری سازمانی و مدیریت‌دانش موجب ارتقاء توانمندی دبیران متوسطه در آموزش و پرورش و ارتقاء ورزش‌ در افزایش یادگیری سازمانی و مدیریت دانش می‌شود.

Introduction: This research was conducted to investigate the role of Communication skills in predicting organizational learning and knowledge management of high school teachers in Kerman.

research methodology: The research method was correlated with the purpose of prediction. The statistical population of the research was all high school teachers, and 124 teachers were selected as the sample size using the stratified random sampling method & Subjects completed the Nonaka and Takeuchi (1995) knowledge management questionnaire, Watkins and Marsick (2004) organizational learning assessment questionnaire, and the barton communication ability questionnaire (1990). Pearson correlation coefficient and focal correlation with spss 23 software were used for data analysis.

Findings: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between communication skills and organizational learning and its dimensions as well as knowledge management and its dimensions among high school teachers. In addition, the results showed that Communication skills predict organizational learning and knowledge management. Although auditory Communication skills and feedback skills are positive and significant predictors of organizational learning, verbal Communication skills were not predictors of significant organizational learning and knowledge management.

Conclusion: It can be concluded that the development of high school school teachers' communication skills can facilitate the transfer of knowledge and experiences, create coordination, create a common vision and develop the systemic thinking of students in increasing organizational learning, and also in knowledge management, it can cause more coordination among student team members, sharing. knowledge and experiences, transferring specialized knowledge to learners creating a cooperative work culture and improving the ability of high school teachers in education
