چکیده

عدالت ترمیمی، دانش معلمان را در مورد راهبردهای مثبت مدیریت کلاس به منظور ارتقای رویه های انضباطی که موجب برقراری روابط می‌شود، را افزایش می دهد. پژوهش حاضر، باهدف طراحی و سنجش اعتبار و پایایی پرسشنامه عدالت ترمیمی در نظام آموزشی انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی و از نوع ساخت ابزار است که در ذیل پژوهش‌های پیمایشی قرار دارد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل کلیه معلمان دوره متوسطه اول شهر بیرجند (650 نفر) در سال تحصیلی در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 نفر بود که با استفاده از جدول مورگان و روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده 242 معلم به‌عنوان نمونه آماری پژوهش انتخاب شدند. روایی ابزار اندازه‌گیری با استفاده از روش روایی صوری و روایی وابسته به محتوا بررسی شد. همچنین؛ برای محاسبه روایی سازه پرسشنامه از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی و نرم‌افزار IBM SPSS استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که 1 گویه از 20 گویه حذف شد و 19 گویه دارای بار عاملی بالا بودند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که پنج بعد پرسشنامه در مجموع 53/62 درصد از واریانس گویه‌ها را تبیین کرده است. معیار پایایی ترکیبی کل پرسشنامه 84/0 گزارش شد و بیانگر این است که پرسشنامه طراحی شده از پایایی مناسبی برخوردار است. همچنین با توجه به شاخص برازش مدل و مقایسه آن با میزان مجاز آن، نتایج نشان داد که مدل نهایی از برازش لازم و کافی برخوردار است و برازش پرسشنامه عدالت آموزشی در قالب پنج مؤلفه همدلی، آسیب و نیاز، فرایندهای ترمیم، مسئولیت‌پذیری و مشارکت جامعه مورد تأیید واقع شد.

Introduction: Restorative justice enhances teachers’ knowledge of positive classroom management strategies to promote discipline procedures.The purpose of this study was to investigate the validity and reliability of the restorative justice questionnaire in educational system.

research methodology: The research approach used the kind of Quantitative methodology by tool construction. The statistical population of the study included all school Administrators in Birjand in 2022-2023(n=650). random sampling method was used for determining statistical sample. Using the Morgan table, the size of the sample of 242 individuals was determined. The validity of the measurement tool was confirmed through convergent validity and divergent validity. In this study, Excel software for determining CVI and CVR indexes and IBM SPSS22 Software were used.

Findings: The results of factor analysis showed that 1 item from 20 items were eliminated and 5 dimensions and 19 items showed high factor loading. Findings indicate that 5 dimensions (restorative justice-based constructs: Empathic Understanding, Harms and Needs, Restoration Processes, Accountability, and Community Engagement( of the questionnaire had a total variance of 62.53%. The reliability of all structures and eventually, all parts of the questionnaire were 0.84 and it was confirmed. Findings indicate that the validity and reliability of the questionnaire are at the acceptable level and indicates that the questionnaire is good enough.

Conclusion: Standard coefficient indicates that the final model has a goodness of fit indices and approved five-factor composed of five restorative justice-based constructs: Empathic Understanding, Harms and Needs, Restoration Processes, Accountability, and Community Engagement.
