چکیده مقدمه و هدف: هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدل درهم تنیدگی شغلی دبیران متوسطه شهر اصفهان و اعتبارسنجی آن بود. روش شناسی پژوهش: که به روش ترکیبی اکتشافی در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 انجام شد. در بخش کیفی روش پژوهش تحلیل مضمون استقرایی بود که در نهایت 134 مضمون پایه، 11 مضمون سازمان دهنده و در نهایت چهار دسته مضمون فراگیر تحت عنوان: همراستایی ارزشها، جامعه پذیری، عدالت محوری و حرفه گرایی شناسایی شد. در بخش کمی پژوهش از روش توصیفی پیمایشی پرسشنامه استفاده شد. جامعه پژوهش در بخش کمی کلیه معلمان مدارس مقطع متوسطه استان اصفهان با تعداد 1346 نفر بود. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی چند مرحلهای بود که تعداد 320 نفر نمونه تعیین گردید. روایی پرسشنامه و پایایی آن مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. یافتهها: همانگونه که پیداست از بین مضامین، عدالت محوری، بالاترین بار عاملی را به خود اختصاص داده است. عدالت به عنوان جامع ترین موضوع مطرح در تمامی سازمانها در صورتی که به عنوان محوریت یک سازمان در نظر گرفته شود، تمامی ساز و کارهای یک سازمان بر مبنای عدالت، نظم و قانون پیاده شده و رضایت شغلی سازمانی را به همراه خواهد داشت. طبق نتایج پژوهش عدالت، اصلیترین مفهومی است که اگر در مدرسه پیاده شود، درهم تنیدگی شغلی بالای معلمین را نتیجه خواهد داد. بحث و نتیجهگیری: جهت اعتباریابی مدل پژوهش از روش تحلیل عاملی واریانس محور استفاده گردید. همه مضامین با بار عاملی بالا مورد تأیید قرار گرفتند که نشان از روایی بالای مدل بود. | ||

Introduction: job embeddedness is one of the most important and effective categories that have not been studied in recent decades in internal research. The education system in Iran and every country around the world is of immense importance, and the organization of dedicated, efficient, and intertwined teachers is of great importance. Providing a comprehensive and complete model of the phenomenon of business intertwining that has been hidden from the perspective of researchers in recent years can help a systematic structure in education, and this effective system in the future of individuals promotes the country to a military and military. Convert the desired. The teacher is one of the key human resources in the Education Organization, which plays a key role in determining the fate of the community and delivering committed and efficient forces for the future. Therefore, with the realization of job tension, teachers are committed to their jobs, have a high job responsibility, the motivation of the job will be increase, and the job will be minimized. The realization of positive job tensions in teachers and teachers is due to the individual, organizational, organizational participation and social interactions, respect for individual, organizational, and social rights, and the equitable allocation of organizational resources. On the other hand, individual, organizational, and social professionalism and the selection of valuable forces based on individual characteristics, environment and working conditions, social environment, and the like will help the teachers' job more accurate and better. Given that in education, the formation of job tension in teachers requires unique and unique conditions that have not been in schools and education systems to date, therefore carefully extracting careful components of job tension and presenting a comprehensive model. It was essential from this positive phenomenon. Context: The commercialization of research has expanded in recent decades as a new approach to academic research and natural science. Goal: The goal of this research was to present a model of job embeddedness of middle school teachers in Isfahan city and validate. Method: which was done using a combined exploratory method in the academic year of 2021-2022. In the qualitative part of the research, the method was inductive theme analysis, which finally identified 134 basic themes, eleven organizing themes, and finally four overarching themes under the title: alignment of values, sociability, centered justice, and professionalism. Findings: In the quantitative part of the research, the descriptive survey method of the questionnaire was used. The research population in the quantitative part was all the secondary school teachers of Isfahan province with the number of 1346 people. The method of random sampling was multi-stage, and the number of 320 people was determined. As it can be seen, among the themes, central justice has the highest factor load. Justice as the most comprehensive issue raised in all organizations, if it is considered as the center of an organization, all the mechanisms of an organization will be implemented based on justice, order and law and will bring organizational job satisfaction. According to the results of the research, justice is the most important concept that, if implemented in the school, will result in high job entanglement of teachers. Results: The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed. In order to validate the research model, the variance-based factor analysis method was used. All themes with high factor loading were confirmed, which indicated the high validity of the model. Finally, the information collected was analyzed using confirmation factor analysis. First, the model of the pervasive themes was formulated as a hierarchical (second order) model. Subsequently, the value of the factor loads of the organizing and basic themes were analyzed from the pervasive themes, which were confirmed by the high validity of the factor model, and the factors are the pervasive and organizing themes. | ||
