چکیده

مقدمه: نیروی انسانی به ویژه معلمان نقش محوری در فرآیند آموزش و پرورش دارند . با توجه به این مهم، این پژوهش با هدف کاوش و تدوین الگوی شایستگی معلمان انجام شد.

روش شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش از نظر طرح جزء پژوهش‌های ترکیبی بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش در بخش کیفی، 16 نفر از اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه‌های شیراز، تربیت معلم، شهید چمران اهواز، کرمانشاه و علوم تحقیقات تهران در حوزه‌ی علوم تربیتی بودند که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند صاحب‌نظران کلیدی و در ادامه تکنیک اشباع نظری، انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از "مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته" استفاده گردید. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. در ادامه، کدگذاری داده‌ها برای شناخت عوامل، ملاک‌ها و نشانگرهای الگو انجام شد. به کمک روش تحلیل مضمون الگوی اولیه شکل گرفت. دربخش کمی نیز به منظور اعتباریابی الگو، نمونه‌ی آماری شامل 66 نفر از اعضای هیآت علمی دانشگاه‌های استان فارس بودند که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه منتج از بخش کیفی (چک لیست تعیین اولویت) بود که روایی و پایایی آن تایید شد. در نهایت، نتایج با استفاده از تحلیل عامل تاییدی اعتباریابی گردید و همسوسازی انجام شد.

یافته ها: طراحی و تدوین الگوی پیشنهادی مناسب برای شایستگی معلمان در قالب ابعاد ، پژوهشی، روانشناختی، مدیریتی، علمی و اخلاقی بود.

بحث و نتیجه گیری: یافته‌های این مطالعه به شکل‌گیری شایستگی-های معلمان در زمینه‌های پژوهشی، روانشناختی، مدیریتی، علمی و اخلاقی متناسب با مراکز تربیت‌معلم هدایت شده‌اند که می‌تواند راهنمای آموزش معلمان قرار گیرد.

Conceptualization of teachers' competence in teacher training centers from the professors' point of view; A combined study

Introduction: Human resources, especially teachers, play a central role in the education process. Considering this importance, this research was conducted with the aim of exploring and compiling the competency model of teachers.

Research methodology: In terms of design, the research was a part of hybrid research. The research participants in the qualitative part were 16 faculty members of the universities of Shiraz, Tarbiat Moalem, Shahid Chamran, Ahvaz, Kermanshah, and Tehran Research Sciences in the field of educational sciences. Continuation of the theoretical saturation technique, were selected. "Semi-structured interview" was used to collect data. In order to analyze the data, the theme analysis method was used. Next, data coding was done to identify the factors, criteria and pattern indicators. The primary model was formed with the help of the theme analysis method. In the quantitative part, in order to validate the model, the statistical sample consisted of 66 faculty members of the universities of Fars province, who were selected purposefully. The research tool in the quantitative part was the questionnaire resulting from the qualitative part (priority determination checklist) whose validity and reliability were confirmed. Finally, the results were validated using confirmatory factor analysis and alignment was done.

Findings: The design and compilation of the proposed model was suitable for the competence of teachers in the form of research, psychological, managerial, scientific and ethical dimensions.

Discussion and conclusion: The findings of this study have been directed to the formation of teachers' competencies in the fields of research, psychology, management, science and ethics in accordance with teacher training centers, which can be used as a guide for teacher education. .
