چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی برنامه‌ی درسی توسعه‌ی رهبری مدیران متوسطه بر اساس رویکرد حل مسئله است.روش پژوهش کیفی از نوع سنتز پژوهی و تحلیل داده های مصاحبه ها است .ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته و بررسی اسناد و مقالات می باشد. ،102 ﭘﮋوﻫش و مقاله ﺑﺮای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اﻃﻼﻋﺎت اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار NVIVO دسته‌بندی ‌شده‌اند ،تحلیل مصاحبه ها با متخصصان برنامه درسی و مدیران مدارس، و نتایج حاصل از همسوسازی اطلاعات نشان دادکه در الگوی پیشنهادی، مولفه های اصلی در مرکز و فعالیت های یاددهی- یادگیری با مضامین سازمان‌دهی محیط کار، ساختار محیط کار، تفکر آموزشی محیط کار و فراگیری آموزش محیط کار مشخص شده اند.تمامی عوامل اجرایی بر اساس اصول حاکم و مفروضات مشخص‌شده‌اند. و از پایه‌های اصلی مدل برنامه درسی به شمار می‌آیند.این الگو به‌صورت غیرخطی است.و علاوه بر ویژگی‌های مشترک به تفاوت‌های ناشی از محیط کار، فرهنگ، شهری و تفاوت‌های فردی مدیران توجه کرده ودارای انعطاف است.

چکیده [English]

The present research was conducted with the aim of designing a curriculum model for the leadership development of secondary school principals based on the problem-solving approach. In terms of the method, it is a qualitative study of the research synthesis and grounded theory type. 102 remained studies and articles were selected using NVIVO software. The results showed that in the proposed model, the main components are placed in the center of teaching-learning activities with the themes of the organization of the workplace, the structure of the workplace, the educational thinking of the workplace as well as learning the training of the workplace. All the executive factors are based on the principles, the rules and the assumptions have been specified. This model is designed in a non-linear way. Also, this model has addressed all individual and organizational dimensions. In addition, it has identified effective and evaluative components.And in addition to the common features, it pays attention to the differences caused by the work environment, culture, urban and individual differences of managers and has the necessary flexibility.
