چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و اعتباریابی الگوی شایستگی‌های رهبری کامل در سال 1402 به صورت ترکیبی (کیفی-کمّی) در بین مدیران آموزشی مقطع متوسطه استان فارس انجام شد. در بخش کیفی از متون معتبر و نظرخواهی از خبرگان این حوزه بهره گرفته شد تا ساختار اولیه ابزار بدست آید و در بخش کمّی، ساختار اولیه ابزار در اختیار نمونه‌ (مدیران آموزشی مقطع متوسطه استان فارس) قرار گرفت تا روایی و اعتبار بررسی شود. همچنین برای دستیابی به الگو از روش تحلیل مضمون با تکیه بر رویکرد آتراید و استرلینگ (2011) استفاده شد. دستاورد بخش کیفی حاکی از آن بود که الگوی حاصل شامل 21 مولفه است که 4 بُعد تفکر شفاف، خودراهبری، هدایت دیگران و مهارت بین‌فردی را پوشش داده‌اند. براساس این دستاورد بستر اولیه مقیاس محقق‌ساخته با 104 گویه تهیه گردید. ضریب اعتبار هولستی 81/0 حاصل و نتایج بررسی روایی محتوی منجر به حذف 25 گویه گردید. از این‌رو، ساختار 79 گویه‌ایِ دستاورد بخش کیفی، زیربنای بخش کمّی قرار داده شد و اینگونه بخش کیفی با بخش کمّی، ترکیب گردید. در این بخش روایی سازه و اعتبار با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد و در نهایت ساختار 79 گویه‌ای با 4 عامل تفکر شفاف، خودراهبری، هدایت دیگران و مهارت بین‌فردی تایید گردید. در مجموع با توجه به اینکه الگوی ترسیم شده 4 عاملی، در تحلیل عاملی تاییدی، مورد تایید واقع شد؛ از این‌رو از الگو و ابزار تدوین شده؛ می‌توان به منظور ارزیابی شایستگی‌های رهبری کامل مدیران آموزشی مقطع متوسطه استان فارس استفاده نمود.

چکیده [English]

The current research was conducted with the aim of designing and validating the model of complete leadership competencies in 1402 in a combined (qualitative-quantitative) way among secondary education managers in Fars province. In the qualitative part, authentic texts and opinions from experts in this field were used to get the basic structure of the tool, and in the quantitative part, the basic structure of the tool was given to the sample (secondary school principals of Fars province) to check validity and reliability. Also, to obtain the pattern, the theme analysis method was used based on the approach of Atride and Sterling (2011). The achievement of the qualitative part indicated that the resulting model includes 21 components that cover 4 dimensions of clear thinking, self-direction, guiding others and interpersonal skills. Based on this achievement, a researcher-made scale with 104 items was prepared. The Holstein reliability coefficient was 0.81 and the results of the content validity investigation led to the elimination of 25 items. Therefore, the 79-item structure of the achievement of the qualitative part was placed under the quantitative part, and the qualitative part was combined with the quantitative part. In this section, construct validity and validity were checked using factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and finally the 79-item structure with 4 factors of clear thinking, self-direction, guiding others and interpersonal skills was confirmed. All in all, considering that the drawn 4-factor pattern was confirmed in the confirmatory factor analysis; Therefore, from the compiled model and tool; It can be used to evaluate the complete leadership skills of secondary education managers in Fars province.
