چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: امروزه، سرمایه‌های انسانی نقش حیاتی در کارکرد سازمان‌ها بر عهده دارند. لذا توجه به زمینه‌های استعداد افراد و کاریست صحیح آن‌ها باعث بهبود اثربخشی سازمان‌ها می‌شود. در این راستا، آموزش‌ و پرورش نقش بسیار کلیدی در تعلیم و تربیت و کشف استعدادهای افراد بر عهده دارد.

روش شناسی پژوهش: در راستای اریه الگوی مفهومی جامع برای استعدادیابی دانش‌آموزان ، با استفاده از روش پژوهش فراترکیب، پژوهش‌هایی که تاکنون در حوزه روش‌های استعدادیابی دانش‌آموزان انجام شده، مورد جست‌وجو و بررسی قرارگرفته و در مسیر ذکر شده از روش هفت مرحله‌ای باروسو و ساندلوسکی استفاده شده است. با استفاده از واژگان کلیدی مرتبط با استعدادیابی دانش‌آموزان، جست‌وجو در پایگاه داده‌های داخلی ازجمله جهاد دانشگاهی، نورمگز، مگیران، پرتال جامع علوم انسانی و سیویلیکا و پایگاه داده‌های خارجی ازجمله Science Direct, Springer, PubMed, Google Scholar در بازه زمانی 2023 – 2008 انجام گرفت. با غربالگری (342) منبع اولیه یافت شده، به (33) منبع نهایی دست‌یافته شد. با بررسی منابع منتخب نهایی، در قدم اول تعداد (232) مفهوم اولیه از مقالات مورد مطالعه استخراج گردید. در قدم دوم، با کدگذاری اولیه مفاهیم به‌دست‌آمده، (13) مضمون اولیه استخراج گردید. سپس با روند کدگذاری ثانوی، استعدادیابی دانش‌آموزان در نهایت در قالب (5) مضامین ثانویه خلاصه شدند.

یافته‌ها: مضامین اصلی به‌دست‌آمده در راستای راه کارهای استعدادیابی دانش آموزان عبارتند از: شناسایی توسط خانواده، شناسایی توسط سیستم آموزشی، شناسایی توسط تست‌های استاندارد، شناسایی توسط مراکز استعدادیابی، شناسایی توسط فناوری اطلاعات و دیجیتال.

بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: روش‌های مختلف استعدادیابی امکان شناسایی و تشخیص استعدادها و قابلیت‌های مختلف دانش‌آموزان را فراهم می‌کنند. این روش‌ها، به خانواده‌ها، مدارس و معلمان و کلیه ذینفعان ازجمله جامعه، سازمان‌های مختلف کمک می‌کنند تا استعدادهای دانش‌آموزان را شناسایی کرده و برنامه‌های آموزشی و پشتیبانی مناسب برای آن‌ها ارائه دهند.

Presenting a Comprehensive Conceptual Model to Identify the Talents of Students (A Meta-Synthesis Study)

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Today, human capital plays a vital role in the functioning of organizations. Therefore, paying attention to people's talents and the correct utilization of individuals in an organization, improves the effectiveness of organizations. In this regard, education plays an important role in the identification and discovery of people's talents.

Research Methodology: To present a comprehensive conceptual model for student talent identification, using the meta-synthesis research method, the researches that have been conducted in the field of student talent identification methods, have been searched and investigated, and the seven-step method of Sandelowski and Barroso has been used in the mentioned path. By using key words related to students' talent identification, searching was compeleted in internal databases such as SID, Noormags, Magiran, Civilica and external databases such as Science Direct, Springer, PubMed, Google Scholar during the time period of 2008-2023. By screening (342) primary sources, (33) final sources were identified. Upon examining the final selected sources, in the first step, 232 primary concepts were extracted from the studied articles. In the second step, through initial coding of the obtained concepts, (13) primary themes were extracted. Subsequently, with the process of secondary coding, students' talent identification methods were summarized into (5) secondary themes.

Findings: The main themes obtained are: identification by parents, identification by the educational system, identification through standard tests, identification by talent identification centers, and identification through information and digital technology.

Conclusion: Different methods of talent identification provide the possibility to identify and recognize different talents and capabilities of students. These methods help families, schools, teachers, and all stakeholders, including the community and various organizations, to identify students' talents and provide suitable educational and supportive programs for them.
