چکیده | ||
هدف اصلی از اجرای پژوهش حاضر، بررسی فرهنگ سازمانی پارسونز با به اشتراکگذاری دانش در سازمان آموزش و پرورش منطقه ارژن شیراز است. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. در بخش کمی از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد فرهنگسازمانی آجیل پارسونز (1382) و پرسشنامه رفتار اشتراک دانش راجا و چنامانی (2012) و در بخش کیفی از مصاحبه استفاده شده است. پایایی پرسشنامهها از طریق آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 88/0 و 94/0 به دست آمد. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران، کارکنان و معلمان آموزش و پرورش منطقه ارژن شیراز است که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران از ۴۵۰ نفر جامعه تعداد ۲۰۷ نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش نمونهگیری در بخش مصاحبه به صورت تعمدی (قضاوتی) و بعد از مصاحبه با ۱۰ نفر از مدیران و کارکنان و معلمان محقق به اشباع نظری رسید. نتایج گویای آن است که میانگین فرهنگسازمانی در مجموع از میانگین مفروض کمی بالاتر و میانگین اشتراک دانش در مجموع از میانگین مفروض پایینتر است. علاوهبراین، نتایج رگرسیون گویای تأثیر مؤلفههای انطباق و یگانگی از فرهنگسازمانی بر متغیر اشتراک دانش است. همچنین با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده از مصاحبهها موانع فرهنگی مؤثر بر اشتراک دانش شامل بیاعتمادی، عدم تعهد، عدم ارتباط، عدم حمایت مدیریت سازمان و عدم فرهنگسازمانی پشتیبان است. | ||

Abstract :The main purpose of the present research is to study the Parsons organizational culture by sharing knowledge in the education organization of the Arjan Area of Shiraz. The research method is descriptive correlational. In the quantitative part, two standard questionnaires of Parsons AGIL Organizational Culture (2003) and Raja & Chenamani Knowledge Sharing Behavior Questionnaire (2012) And used in the qualitative section of the interview. The reliability of the questionnaires was 0.88 and 0.94, respectively, through Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population consisted of managers, staff and teachers of education in Argan Area of Shiraz with Using random stratified sampling method and using Cochran formula, 450 people from the community were selected as 207 individuals. The sampling method in part interview, was of intentional and after interview with 10 Persons were Principals, staff and teachers, the researcher reached theoretical satisfaction. The show results that average of organizational culture overall (x= 87/15) a little higher than the supposed average (x= 84) and the average of knowledge sharing (x= 76/81) was lower than supposed average (x= 96). Furthermore, regression result show that component conformity and unity impact from organizational culture on variable knowledge sharing. Also notice the results from interview culture obstacles which impact in knowledge sharing consist: distrust, non-undertaking, disaffiliation, lack of support from management and lack of organizational culture which support. | ||
